P…p…p… protect the penguin with McVitie’s

Biscuit manufacturer McVitie’s is planning to donate £80,000 to ZSL, helping to fund its work protecting penguins at ZSL London Zoo and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo.
The redesigned Penguin packs feature the ZSL logo, and McVitie’s Penguin page on Facebook lists a number of promotions involving the conservation charity. The campaign runs from June 2013 to May 2014.
McVitie’s has worked with ZSL in the past, including in 2009 when it ran an on-pack promotion to help fund research into the declining penguin population in the Antarctic.

There is no accompanying TV campaign for the promotion, so that’s a good excuse to show a 1980s Penguin TV advert.
