UK outdoor retailer Mountain Warehouse is back with its second Charity Challenge competition. Last year’s Challenge offered £5,000 in prizes to charities: this year, the sum has doubled to £10,000.

The awards

The money will be donated to each individual’s chosen charity.
This year, Mountain Warehouse has partnered with Help for Heroes, hence the special prize.
Anyone taking on an outdoor challenge for charity in 2014 can enter via the Mountain Warehouse website. Entrants are encouraged to ask friends and family to vote to help them win.
In addition, all entrants will receive 20% off at Mountain Warehouse so they can stock up on outdoor gear for their training and challenge.
Entry will close on July 28th 2014.
The public will then be able to vote until the end of August, followed by a second round of voting. The final winner will be announced at the beginning of October.
