AMA Charity Services invests in call centres

Anderson Manning Associates (AMA), the contact centre and telemarketing operator based in Northern Ireland, has set up a new base in Londonderry and is expanding its existing centre in Bangor with a £2.5 million investment.

AMA says that the investment has resulted in the creation of 250 jobs. The Derry office will be employing 100 operators in early 2004.
