The latest issue of Alliance Magazine has an interesting piece by Olga Alexeeva of Charities Aid Foundation on civil society and philanthropy in China:

Despite the name Alliance magazine is not linked to Resource Alliance - but it is a publication I would recommend. Anyone interested in what's happening in the world of philanthropy globally will find it useful.
