Any 2009 New Year's Honours for fundraisers?

I've received quite a few news releases about New Years Honours given to various charity staff and volunteers. I haven't yet spotted any given that mention fundraising achievements.

I know the newspapers publish a long list of all recipients and think Third Sector have in the past published a list of those recognised in the charity sector, but how about adding your own charity's recipient(s) of an award for fundraising in this year's Honours List?

Add their name in the comments section below, together with the charity/organisation and a web link too, ideally to the relevant news release about the winner, or to the charity's front page.

Let's make this a crowd-sourced people's honours list. (Oh dear, that's far too much jargon for a Monday afternoon).
