Clore Duffield Foundation launches new small grants programme

Howard Lake | 23 March 2011 | News

The Clore Duffield Foundation has launched a new Small Grants Programme to replace its previous one. Called the Clore Poetry and Literature Awards, grants of between £1000 and £10,000 will be available over the next five years to support projects working with children and young people aged under 19 so that they can experience poetry and literature in compelling and exciting ways, in and out of school. Grants are available throughout the UK.
Applications are welcome from schools and sixth form colleges, professional literature, poetry and creative writing organisations, libraries, arts/cultural organisations and community groups.
Match funding is not required and projects should be no larger than £20,000 in total.
The first round closing date is 20 May 2011.
