Norman McFarlane FCMA, Monitoring Manager at OSCR, is responsible for monitoring Scottish charities with a gross income greater than £25,000, plus monitoring the assets of former charities. Norman is also responsible for OSCR’s monitoring of charities registered with the Charity Commission. Norman joined OSCR in January 2006.
