National Bookstart Day 2008

This year's National Bookstart Day will take place on Friday 10 October and the theme is Pirates Ahoy!

Last year, there were more than 2,000 taking place across the country on National Bookstart Day to celebrate reading with young children, and the Bookstart team are confident that this year, they will be able to beat this record figure.
