Does anyone have experience of working with the Donor Perfect fundraising software?
We are currently investigating various options at the Migraine Trust and would be interested in talking to organisations using this system.

RE: Donor Perfect
I recently became Director of Marketing, last September, my experience since then has been negative. Donor Perfect should be named Donor Imperfect. A lack of tech support and our auditted, triple checked deposited donations never match there figures, even though receipts are generated through Donor Perfect. We are trying to come up with a program that is more accurate and offers better support.Hope this will save you some grief!
RE: Donor Perfect
Hi Karen Ann
I'm an ex-colleague of Yvonne's - I think it's in the public domain that Migraine Trust went with Ascent for Fundraising - now a product sold by Ciber. I'm not sure how far they've got with that project though

Yvonne- did you ever get the info about Donor Perfect and what did you choose?
Re :Donor Perfect
Hi Yvonne,
This may be a bit late for you but, if not, then because DonorPerfect has not been in the UK very long, you could ask this question on an American forum such as Techsoup
