I am working on finding the regulations if they exist for writing opt out copy and the privact information on fundraising direct mail pieces. My queries:
1. Is there a set minimum font size to be used?
2. Do we require the use of a tick box or can we just direct them to write?
3. Does the privacy.opt out statement have to be on the reply mechanism or can it be in the letter?
Assistance would be tremendously appreciated.
