My charity are currently fundraising for £300,000 for the addition of a new building for our training group. We have had all corporate publications printed and are actively seeking major corporate funders and small website based donations to raise this money...
We recently received a legacy of over £400,000 which stated it was for the training building specifically, therefore covering the whole costs (and some more) o our appeal.
Can I legally continue to fundraise for this appeal and distribute documentation stating this??
