Just about to embark on the certificate via Sheffield Hallam. Anyone else doing it?
Anyone have any of these books I can borrow?
Redmond Mullin - Fundraising Strategy (2nd Ed)
Adrian Sargeant & Elaine Jay - Fundraisng Management: Analysis Planning and Practice
Jill Mordaunt & Rob Patton - Thoughtful Fundraising
John Baguley - Successful Fundraising
If anyone had any thoughts on which of the first 2 I should buy, if I have to buy one of them, which would you recommend?
Thanks Julia

Ok bought Redmond Mullin.
Ok bought Redmond Mullin. And very thin and dull it is too. Hope the course is better, Martin you say its fun! I sooooo find that hard to believe, but time will tell.
Good books
I'm doing it at the moment through the Open University - its fun!
The books we have are written for the OU, but I have purchased either at home or through work some additional books.
The Fundraising Management book is, to me, quite good. Part of our course books seem to be taken from it.
By the look of them, most of the books I've got or read have been different. Same large subject, different focus on areas and ways.
