Partnership agreements

Hi
I am in the middle of writing a funding bid for the project we will be working with 2 other community groups
I have been advised that we will need a partnership agreement written but I dont know where to start
Has anyone had to do similar and would be happy to let me have a copy of their agreement?

Can you give us a bit more to go on? What sort of project is it? What sort of funder (I'm tempted to assume it's statutory, from the tone, but one can never be sure)
