Hi there
I am looking at setting up some sort of Business Ambassadors
scheme. This involves using people who won't give a major gift or join our Board for whatever reason to go out and pass on business cards etc on our behalf. I see it very much as operating like the BNI model. Our ambassadors
meet someone at a networking event who they can't do business with but realise that actually we may.
It's very much in the initial stages of development. Does anyone else have any experience doing a similar thing? I realise that I am going to have to put together a Terms of Ref paper on this, as some ambassadors may do more harm than good if we're not careful. We could do without the loose cannons.
Anyhoo, all thoughts welcome.
Thanks in advance
Jon
