Hi all.
I'm looking for a term I can use to describe the 724 through the door in one month.
Some will come in just once, some will be in 20+ times in a month.
How can it be described without giving the impression its 724 individuals?
Usage I've got done already - for various activities, services and help. Quite a larger figure. So its not usage I can use for the 724.
Any ideas anyone?

Hi, Martin
If it's any help, CABx talk about "Users" and "Issues" - eg - 3000 users raised 12000 issues, broken down further into debt, housing, employment etc.
As Sandre says, you could say "250 individuals/ users/ clients visited the centre 724 times"
Hope this helps
Cheers

Terms
"user visits"?
Presumably you can then expand on this in text somewhere by breaking it down into average of x users 20 times, y users 4 times, z users once - etc, as appropriate.
