For several years we have been trying to set up a working live video link between two the two venues where we hold our annual corporate quiz.
We have finally found someone who can not only make it work but also gave us some really good guidance as to how best utilise the facility. We were only going to use it to broadcast our patron's address to the other site but they suggested that, seeing as we were paying to have them there all night, we use them to the full.
In the end we had a live link during our table auction so that both venues could bid on all the lots and a lot of banter between the hosts. They also fiolmed lots of vox pops with guests and made and projected an emotive DVD before the auction that certainly boosted profits.
Previously we'd been paying an awful lot for something that didn't work but felt too blinded by tech talk to protest sometimes.
Has anyone else had this problem?
