Art Exhibition - autistic artist Stephen Wiltshire

Dear all

I am currently in the process of organising a 5 day Art Exhibition for
which I am looking for corporate sponsors for primarily the venue and
its security.
The artists name is Stephen Wiltshire, he is a world renouned autistic artist who has had a lot of media coverage. Link to his website http://www.stephenwiltshire.co.uk/

This is the first time I have done anything like this and I wondered
what is normal procedure in terms of what sort of things are normally
covered through sponsorship and what would be covered by the artist
(who is a world renowned artist with his own gallery)?
We were also planning on having a private viewing evening for special
guests, coprorates and so on and or a large opening.

Am I on the right track here?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
