Light Up A Life

Light up a Life is the name given to a series of very special community events that take place throughout the UK during November and December every year Organised by local hospices, Light up a Life events provide a special way to remember a loved one.
At our event, we have a special multi-faith service where poems and readings are recited. This is followed by a candle-lit procession up the high street back to the hospice for the tree lighting service. Light refreshments of mince pies and mulled wine closes out the evening. People are invited to write a special message for a love one that is displayed on our 'wall of stars' and displayed in the message dedication book. They contribute by paying a donation.
