I've got an issue with the recurring gifts on my Raiser's Edge database. In a number of cases, they've been set up with incorrect frequencies, start dates etc. This then makes it impossible to find missing recurring gift payments.
I've spoken to Blackbaud tech support and our account manager, and they say they don't have a suggested solution, or know of any clients that have had this problem, and that I could speak to.
I don't have a budget to get consultants in to clean all the gift data for me.
