Food bins in supermarkets/petshops etc

Hi

Our charity is looking to place cat food collecting bins in various supermarkets but so far we havent been very successful . Does anyone out there have a fool proof letter that they send to supermarkets etc requesting that the store accepts a food bin for a few months or even permanently.

All suggestions considered.
