Hi, I have an interview and wondered if you would be kind enough to share your experiences with me?

I am super keen on the Event Fundraising role but I am making a career change and have limited experience of competency based questions.
Can you share possible questions and answers with me?

Also there may be a test to complete.
Can you give me your personal experience of what form this may take?
