we intend to start raising fund towards someone legal fee (about £90K)who we believe was victimised ... etc. i have emailed cahrity commissioner but still waiting for a formal reply and their phone today is not working due to training. is there anyone among you who can guide me and explain essentials of law. any input will be much appreicated (it is important that i get as much information i can over the weekend as there is a concert this tuesday and we may go there to collect some)
