Hi folks,
I've just come on board (again) with a charity with a projected shortfall of around £30k this year. That's about 15% of total expenditure so pretty substantial, although we have *some* reserves which will help... However, the big problem is that the statuatory fund, which funds a huge chunk of the work, ends in March 2011.
I want to ask for help with the shortfall this year, so that I can get stuck into securing replacement funding for 2011 onwards.
I'm struggling to articulate that!
Any thoughts?
