Wording for fundraising events

I searched archives but couldn't see anything relevant so wondered if anybody could help here. A charity I know is organising an event to raise funds. I am aware of the HMRC fundraising event guidelines and believe that the following on tickets and publicity will be enough to satisfy HMRC but would be grateful for other opinions.

[Name of event] raising funds in aid of XXX Charity
