response rates for warm DM's

Hi everyone,

I've just joined this group and would like to ask for your help please?

Can anyone give me an idea of what response rates we should be aiming for? Is there some sort of benchmark we can use?

We've just started our DM programme by sending a regular giving appeal to our warm donors. We think we've had a good response but would like some idea of what we should be getting.

Any advice/tips would be gratefully received!
