Hi I work for a charity that gives free information and support to people. We get approx 10,000 visitors a month to the site but currently do not capture any information or fundraise from these 'service users'. Does anyone have experience of data capture from site visitors? Or for making a 'pay it forward' type ask of the "if we've helped you ..... will you now help us" Many thanks!
