Is anyone able to offer some input in regards to organising a ball in the summer of 2012 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of a registered charity? got a budget but obviously want to make it as big as possible for as little as possible!
I run an events photography company that has covered many charity events. Normally we attend with a portable studio, and print onsite. Our pictures can be either fun or formal, dependant on the event, but we always like to have a good laugh with the guests.
We then sell guests the prints, and a portion of the takings are then donated to the charity. We do NOT charge the charity for our attendance, our money is made by selling the prints.
