    Hi- I work at the Avondale Special Needs Playgroup in Evesham. We were thinking of having a big raffle in the summer in the shopping mal- we want to find out first how we go about doing this, and what all the laws/legalities/restrictions are – does anyone know??? I have phoned my local council, and they kept putting me through to different people- they took my number in the end and I am waiting for someone to phone back! If anyone has any brainwaves to share though that would rock!
