Better Together Giving Challenge offers Ireland fundraisers €10,000 prize

Fundraisers in Ireland can enter the Better Together Video Competition to raise funds online and try to win a cash prize of €10,000.

The Better Together Giving Challenge runs from 4 October to 25 November 2011. Organisations can post their fundraising video to the Better Together website, which offers online donation facilities. The organisation whose video attracts the largest number of individual donors will then win a prize of €10,000, in addition to the funds they had raised on the site.

The Giving Challenge is part of The Wheel's Better Together Campaign, designed to help build support for community and voluntary groups, clubs and associations.

In the six week campaign in 2010 over 63,000 people visited the website and the videos were watched 132,000 times.
