Howard Lake's MSc research published online

Howard Lake, founder of UK Fundraising, has begun to publish his MSc dissertation online.

"Electronic sources of fundraising information for UK not-for-profit fundraisers" is the 1995 dissertation by Howard Lake that in part brought about the creation of UK Fundraising. This site, for a while, was a work in progress, designed to demonstrate to other fundraisers that the Web offered a powerful resource for them already.

The dissertation, part of an MSc course in Information Science, at City University in London, is now being transferred - in stages - to the Web. Bear with us as we add further elements in the future.

The pioneering dissertation underpinned Howard's popular book "Direct Connection's guide to fundraising on the Internet," published in April this year.
