Following its successful pro bono work for the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) last year, the Whitehouse Consultancy is offering to provide a total public affairs and political lobbying package to one organisation, free of charge.
The political consultancy is seeking applications from charities and voluntary organisations which feel they would benefit from public affairs support but are otherwise unable to fund such activity.
The selected organisation will receive full support to achieve their public policy aims for one year, whether they require a higher profile in Westminster, want to see a specific change in policy, are seeking greater government backing for their cause or need to locate sources of statutory funding.
Paul Smith, Executive Director of the Spinal Injuries Association, said of the support his charity received from Whitehouse: "The profile of SIA with politicians and civil servants has been raised hugely by Whitehouse under their guidance. Not only did they help us get meetings with key decision makers and influencers, they also provided excellent advice and have been hands-on with the campaigning activities - we could not have asked for more.
"In doing so, Whitehouse has left us with a lasting legacy, having enabled us to continue our vital work after the pro bono period has ended."
