Wessex Heartbeat chooses ProgressCRM

Wessex Heartbeat, which supports the work of the Wessex Cardiac Centre in Southampton General Hospital, has chosen ProgressCRM from Fisk Brett to replace its existing fundraising database.

Since it was set up in 1992, the charity has raised over £11 million to support the Centre including the provision of Heartbeat House where loved ones can stay free of charge for as long as they need.

Chief executive D'Arcy Myers said: "More effective contact relationship will mean that Wessex Heartbeat can identify areas for increasing income, at the same time saving costs through improved reporting and methods of working."
