Judith Rich OBE joins ClickNow Board

ClickNow – the Charity’s search engine – which has already raised over £100,000 during its initial pilot phase, is delighted to announce the appointment of Judith Rich OBE as a Non-Executive Director. She will also assume the role of Chairman of ClickNow’s newly formed Charity Advisory Board.

Judith brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of the charity and not-for-profit sector and it is for this reason that we have asked her to join us and chair our new Advisory Board.”
Judith Rich has been highly influential in the charity world for over 30 years. She established and grew Cards for Good Causes into the force it is today, is Vice President of Diabetes UK and Chairman of the Diabetes Foundation. She sits on the International Fundraising Committee of the British Red Cross and is a Non Executive Director of its Trading Board, is a trustee of Reach and also chairs Charity Appointments. She was a founder of the Institute of Fundraising and in 2006 she was awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award by the Institute and Professional Fundraising Magazine.
When asked for her reasons for joining ClickNow, Judith commented that ClickNow has been going for the last 18 months and has delivered what it always promised to do – namely, helping charities to raise money for free via the internet. The whole concept has been rigorously proven and is being used successfully by a number of high profile charities since launch. The next phase is to start spreading the message to all charities that here is a simple way of increasing revenue at no cost to the charity or its supporters.”
