Which phone/toner recycling agencies do you use?

From time to time the Forum features questions about fundraising through donated mobile phone and toner catridges for recycling. Does anyone know of a list of which charities/organisations use which suppliers?

I thought such a list might prove useful to organisations looking to start up such a fundraising activity or for those who were looking to switch supplier.

I'll kick-start the list with noting that the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) and the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation are currently encouraging their supporters to pass on their unwanted mobile phones, printer and toner cartridges to Eurosource Europe Ltd:
