You don't mention the resources you have already checked. Trustfunding.org.uk, funderfinder.org.uk, grantsonline.co.uk, your local CVS etc. (UK Fundraising Forum doesn't function well as a first port of call for funding enquiries, not with 180,000 charities out there all seeking funding!)
Have you tried the Association of Charity Shops? Their members must have faced the same problem quite a lot:

Alternatively, might this not simply be a case of a bank loan? You could try the various charity-friendly or -focused banks out there - Charity Bank, Triodos etc.
