UK Fundraising has for a while been considering carrying volunteer fundraising vacancies here, for which we would not charge. (All other fundraising vacancies are charged for and appear in the jobs section of the main site).
Ever mindful not to duplicate existing services, we were planning to incorporate a feed of volunteer fundraising vacancies here from one of the volunteer agencies. However, we're not willing to pay £2,000 for the privilege of carrying such data - and certainly not to an organisation that received a £1 million grant to set up their site.
So, can anyone suggest a good, free feed of volunteer fundraising vacancies that we could add here?
If not, then we might just have to go it alone and start letting registered users post their own voluntary fundraising vacancies here.
Thank you for any suggestions.

RE: Volunteer fundraising vacancies here?
I think charityjob.co.uk offer a good service at a reasonable price. I don't think they charge you to advertise volunteer jobs, I would nominate them.

RE: RE: Volunteer fundraising vacancies here?
Thanks Beth, glad to see there is interest in the idea.
I remain very keen not to duplicate other listings of volunteer fundraising vacancies, so am still following up one or two leads in this area - and welcome more. If I can't find an appropriate partner for this, then yes, I'll go ahead and open the doors for free volunteer job adverts here. I'll announce this, if it happens, as a news item on UK Fundraising's front page.
RE: Volunteer fundraising vacancies here?
I realise this does not directly answer your question, but can we not just submit our ads to you on a charity-by-charity basis in much the same way as paid-for positions are advertised?
It may take a while to get up and running but you never know.
The other agency that springs to mind is Reach who are based in Vauxhall. I got my voluntary job through them that has allowed me to get into the sector on a full-time, paid basis.
Hope this helps and if you do decide to let us submit directly, please let me know!
Re: Volunteer fundraising vacancies here?
Thanks Sandre. No, not the culprit ;) But charityjobs doesn't seem to list too many volunteer fundraising vacancies - I'm looking for an extensive listing.
Yes, will try the Guardian but can't imagine they give free feeds...

www.charityjob.co.uk - unless that's the culprit you mentioned above ;-)
Guardian jobs maybe?
