Novel Idea for Event

We are holding a drinks party in December for our stalwart supporters and are looking for something unusual to liven up the proceedings and maybe raise some funds. It is a small and crowded venue and it needs to be something we can do quickly as we only have 90 minutes total. Last year we had a balloon race and are looking for something equally simple, eyecatching and fun. ANY IDEAS!!! Please!
