Trouble with Smartgive.com

We have our charity registered with Smartgive.com to collect online donations.

One of our supporters set up a page and has collected £90 in Feb 2006. The money has still not been credited to our account. I have emailed Smartgive several times, but have had no response.

Has anybody else had a similar experience with them?

We have asked our supporters NOT to use the site in the meantime till we sort this out.
