Free Will Writing Service

I would be grateful if anyone can advise me with regards to how I would go about setting up a free will writing service to our donors?
I have spent much time on the web and have been unable to find any information, other than web pages relating to other charities offering such service.

You don't say who you work for, but I suggest you look at what the Institute of Fundraising says in its Legacy Code of Practice
