I work for a medium-sized charity and we are looking to devote more of our time to phoning supporters from our database and asking for donations for specific projects that we believe will be of interest to them.
Does anyone know of a training provider that would provide training courses for Fundraisers about how to make 'successful' calls to prosepctive donors?
Thanks!
Jema

RE: Training for Tele-Fundraisers
Dear Jema
We offer a full service to help charities run their own telephone campaigns, using their own people, from their own premises! It's designed to suit those who either couldn't use an agency, or would prefer not to outsource (such as many universities and other HE institutions).
We can offer you a range of services through from just providing training, to helping you set up and run the entire campaign. I'd be happy to discuss this with you further if you'd like to give me a call.
Best wishes
