Training for Tele-Fundraisers

I work for a medium-sized charity and we are looking to devote more of our time to phoning supporters from our database and asking for donations for specific projects that we believe will be of interest to them.
Does anyone know of a training provider that would provide training courses for Fundraisers about how to make 'successful' calls to prosepctive donors?

We offer a full service to help charities run their own telephone campaigns, using their own people, from their own premises! It's designed to suit those who either couldn't use an agency, or would prefer not to outsource (such as many universities and other HE institutions).
