Just want to have a moan if anyone's listening?
Been doing odds and sods of freelance fundraising for organisations I used to work for. Despite feeling like the projects and applications have been strong and well targetted, I've had all my recent ones turned down and am feeling very deflated.
I'm not really looking for advice here. I know sensibly that I should be getting feedback and looking at contingency plans and not taking it too personally but just fancied sharing with fellow fundraisiers who might know how I'm feeling? It's a bit lonely by yourself!
Let's hope I have better outcomes next project!

RE: Rejected!
Hi fruitbowl.
Yes, can be disappointing when rejected. Still, statistically you'll be that much closer to a success. :)
I suspect most of us will have been there at times, great projects, perfect application, exceed requirements in all areas. And still turned down.
Had some daft reasons given for rejection at times too.
Or at least daft to me.
