Thrift Shop Procedures

Please could anyone tell me if they have any good guides to writing Thrift Shop Procedures? I would like to give our volunteers in our shops some procedures for taking in and also turning away goods, but I can't seem to find anything to use as a basis. Can anyone help?

Why not check with the "Association of Charity Shops"
which says of itself:
