Seminar - Transformational Change in Charities
Access high-level insights from leading UK charities on how they’re using change processes to transform the way they work

Overview
Come to this seminar and networking session on 20 October 2008 to hear key insights from senior representatives of some of the UK's most influential not-for-profits on driving change in their organisations.

Using case studies and examples from a range of organisations including NSPCC (and its merger with ChildLine), Alzheimer's Society, Médecins Sans Frontières and Sightsavers International, this interactive seminar will be of particular value to senior managers, CEOs and HR professionals across the not-for-profit sector.

Benefits
With seven change experts from not-for-profit and commercial backgrounds, this seminar will help you discover how to initiate and lead successful change processes – from full-scale mergers and ‘one organisation' initiatives to coping with radical re-structures.

 Access new ideas on how to engage and align staff, volunteers and board members
 Enjoy a confidential networking opportunity and find out how other not-for-profits are managing change
 Explore key stages and models in rolling out change and establish how to overcome challenges

The seminar will be led by =mc's change experts Bernard Ross and Ian Vale. It will be chaired by =mc’s Principal Consultant Judy Beard.
