This is a comprehensive programme that reviews and develops essential management and strategic tools for all not for profit organisations.

Over 11 days the learner will develop a creative management tool for planning, governence, compliance, management of staff, volunteers, contracts and services. The learners will also link fundraising into every aspect of their organisation maximising the income genration and potential for multilevel sustainable activities.

Learning Outcomes
The learner will be able to provide a comprehensive tool and resource for their organisation and have all the strategic skills to lead chnage and development

This is an accredited programme so course costs are flexible to those who ar in reciept of benefits or entitled to access Train to Gain.

All venues used are fully accessible and a lite lunch will be provided where ever possible.
