Keeping Up with America - a specialist seminar for those who have responsibility for an American 501(c)(3) organisation including compliance and best practice.
The seminar, led by Nancy Bikson, Chapel & York Director and US lawyer, will look specifically at websites, literature, membership schemes and the relationship between the 501(c)(3) and any organizations that set it up or it regularly supports outside the US, e.g. a university, an international development or research organisation, or a museum or gallery etc. The seminar will help you understand the relationship and communicate effectively; making sure your message is relevant and appropriate and connects with US donors. We will also touch on the topic of Multi-State Registration - when it's necessary, how it's done and how much it costs.
