This course will help you improve your community and events fundraising success in these challenging times. It is facilitated by Gareth Edwards who has over 24 years fundraising experience, more than 10 of these in the community and events fundraising field.

Using volunteers effectively in community and events fundraising
How to motivate and manage them well and overcome blocks to delegating
Marketing your activities effectively
Working with the media and new media to promote your fundraising
Improving your events work and enhancing event participation
Developing fundraising groups in today’s world
Integrating different offers and building long-term support

The course includes a full handbook of ideas on disc in PDF format to accompany the course including a USEFUL SUPPLIER GUIDE. Because it is a creative masterclass, there will also be a range of new ideas produced by the group work, which will be collated into a 2nd handbook and sent to all delegates from all occasions of running the course in November and December 2010 to help further support their community and events fundraising.

The course is priced at just £119 plus VAT which includes all documentation on the day and following on in the 2nd handbook, teas and coffees, a year’s free membership to the Practical Fundraising Association and a course certificate. Lunch is not provided but delegates can bring a sandwich or pop out to a local shop.
