This course gives a range of ways to deal with a wide variety of difficult people.

This half day course will cover a range of techniques to help you deal with difficult people. It explores issues of emotional intelligence and other practical ways to try to achieve better working relationships with those you struggle with, whether colleagues, funders, supporters or volunteers.

It includes a handbook in pdf format with a range of tools you can use within your organisation to improve your skills.
