This workshop will show you how using Salesforce can help you create a step change in your organisation's fundraising efforts.  Participants will learn:

Best practices on selecting and implementing Salesforce:

•  How you can benefit from Salesforce's free licences, and the various license costs

•  The best approach to planning your implementation - including the top 5 questions all organisations should consider

•  The free and paid resources available to your organisation, and your staff, to help you achieve success

Salesforce for grants and individual/major donor fundraising:

•  How you can track grant applications through the grant cycle individual donors and specific donations and group them into campaigns

•  The reports and dashboards you'll be able to create to review your fundraising performance and ROI

•  The access you'll have to innovative online applications specific to fundraising (in some cases at no extra cost)

•  How Salesforce can make the whole fundraising cycle simple, right through to payment processing (see more below)

And Mass fundraising:

•  Issues around accepting payments in foreign currency

Workshop Structure

This three hour workshop will include an interval, and allow good time to discuss and ask questions.  The group will be kept small and informal.
