Postcode lottery?

Brandrepublic reports that NHS Lotteries will launch with an £8m advertising budget later this year. It’s not yet known if this next rival to Camelot, that follows in the blues of former contender Monday, will actually fund the NHS.

However, it will be interesting to see if entrants have a better chance of winning dependent on their postcode ;)
