Hello
I want to open a health centre/clinic, in palawan Philippines, on my own land, run jointly with my Filipino wife. We will soon be moving there so we will be able help and supervise the operation.
This plan, such as it is, started a couple of years ago when we helped a dear little lad called Tupi Guri back to health and whom we are now sending through school. And also seeing quite terrible poverty there, and feeling quite helpless.
I now want to try to do something about it in a small way but have discovered a minefield, After Studying many web sites, the 128!! Page charity com form etc etc , I realise that I need quite a bit of knowledge to get this thing on the road, but I am unsure where to start.
I will need to do courses but as a novice I do not know which courses to take .I would also like some one to translate the charity commission document from newspeak to English for me
If there is some one kind enough to give me an hour or so of there time to run through the basics with me I would be most grateful.
